We returned to Tom Rossi’s Expert Flooring for our new flooring. They had previously carpeted two of the bedrooms. This time we had them remove all the ceramic tile and install LVT in the main areas of our home. Keisha was very knowledgeable and... helpful as we navigated through all the choices. Jerry, Juan, and Jeff did an amazing job installing. We could not be happier with the result. They took great care to reduce the dust and discomfort of the tile removal. They were very careful with the baseboards and with the cabinets in the kitchen. The time frame was very fast for this large job. I hardly know where to start- this is the best company with fantastic customer service. We dealt with Tom Rossi- one of the owners who has been in the flooring business for over 40 years. We had our 2000 sq ft house re-carpeted in September of... 2019. The job was well done and we had no problems. Shortly thereafter, there was a spill that we could not remove. We contacted Tom and after having 3 companies try to remove the stain, he contacted Mohawk and eventually worked out a deal with them that lead to us having our whole house re-carpeted this September 2020 at no cost to us including an upgrade of the carpet. Tom is very definitely an "old school" businessman that makes sure the customer is always satisfied- rare in this day and age! His installers are great and very professional and friendly- willing to help you out with moving furniture etc.The house looks fantastic and I can't give enough kudos to Tom and Expert Flooring!
