We could not be happier with our experience with Expert Flooring Solutions! From start to finish, everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful, professional, and made the whole process so easy.

We just had our new plank flooring installed, and we are absolutely blown away by how beautiful it turned out. The three gentlemen who came to do the installation were incredibly impressive. They were polite, professional, clean, respectful of our home, and their attention to detail was outstanding. They worked hard, took pride in what they were doing, and left everything looking amazing when they were finished.

The workmanship is excellent, and the finished floor completely transformed the room. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better installation crew.

A huge thank you to Expert Flooring Solutions and especially to the three installers who worked on our home. You guys did an outstanding job, and we truly appreciate all of your hard work. We would absolutely recommend Expert Flooring Solutions to anyone looking for beautiful flooring and excellent service. We had an amazing experience with Expert Flooring Solutions from beginning to end. From Keisha to Ron, everyone was incredibly responsive, helpful, and patient, with absolutely no pushy sales tactics. After what felt like a million samples, they helped us find the perfect flooring and made the entire process so easy.

They also made sure we had an incredible installation crew. The team worked quickly, carefully, and treated our home as if it were their own. They even arranged for a third party to safely move our Sub-Zero refrigerator, which was one less thing for us to worry about.

I had a really great experience visiting Expert Flooring today. We haven’t purchased or had anything installed yet, so I can’t speak to that part of the process, but I was very impressed with our experience in the store.

Keisha was wonderful! She was extremely friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. She took the time to explain the different flooring and carpet options to us in a way that was easy to understand, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. You can tell she really knows the products they carry and genuinely wants to help customers find what will work best for their home.

We also met Ron while we were there, and he was very friendly and helpful as well. Everyone made us feel comfortable and welcome.

They have a really nice selection of flooring and carpet, and Keisha helped us choose several samples to bring home so we could see how they look in our own space and lighting. They also scheduled an in-home consultation for us and even offered to pick the samples back up when they come out, which I thought was incredibly convenient and thoughtful.

So far, our experience with Expert Flooring has been excellent. Friendly people, knowledgeable service, a nice selection, and absolutely no pressure. We had our floors done a while ago by Expert Flooring Solutions and we are so happy with the results. From the consultation to the final product everything was great. The team that came to install the flooring was very kind, quick, thorough and clean.
We also ended up getting multiple quotes and got the best offer from Expert Flooring Solutions, so we definitely recommend working with them.

We want to remove the carpets in three bedrooms and install luxury vinyl plank flooring  like we had in the rest of the house. When we checked with the builder it turned out that the manufacturer discontinued the flooring that we wanted to match. We checked with a couple of other places and then we went to Expert Flooring Solutions in Las Vegas. We took one of the extra planks that we had for our existing flooring. Ron worked with us to try to find a close match. We thought we found a good one and Ron scheduled a visit to bring the sample to our home the next day. When Ron showed up he had a new sample. After we left the store he continued to try to match our existing flooring. When he brought in the new sample and laid it on our existing floor we were amazed. It was the closest match that we could have hoped for.  We tried it in the different bedrooms and it looked great.
When Ron gave us the pricing it was $2,000 less than one of the other quotes we had been given from another company. The price included removing and hauling away the old carpet and pad and moving furniture. He also included a veteran's discount. We did not have to pay anything up front. He said we could pay when the job was done and we were satisfied.
The crew showed up on the scheduled date and right on time. They were friendly, courteous and efficient. They were very careful in moving our furniture. We wanted to keep our existing baseboards. They did a great job in removing them. They repainted them and put them back without a scratch.
They did the first two bedrooms on day one and they had the third bedroom done by 11 a.m. on the second day. We are beyond thrilled. The bedrooms look great and no one, other than us, will ever notice the difference between the original flooring and the new flooring. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company! From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional, and I am absolutely in love with my new vinyl floors. They have completely transformed my home, and I truly can’t thank the team enough for giving me the floors I’ve always dreamed of.

A special thank you to Ron for helping me select the perfect flooring color. His knowledge, patience, and guidance made the entire decision so much easier, and I couldn’t be happier with the beautiful color we chose.

I also want to give a huge thank you to Juan and Mark, who installed my floors. They were absolutely amazing! Their craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail were second to none. They treated my home with care and made sure every detail was perfect.

The quality of the workmanship exceeded all of my expectations, and the entire team provided outstanding customer service from beginning to end. Every time I walk into my home, I smile because I absolutely love my new floors.

I had a fantastic experience with Expert Flooring Solutions from start to finish! Tom and Keisha were incredibly patient and knowledgeable as I navigated through so many gorgeous options. I ultimately went with the Paradigm Conquest collection—the 9-inch wide planks look stunning and handle the Las Vegas climate perfectly since they don't warp in the dry air.
The installation was seamless; when installation day came, Adrian (Hope I'm spelling his name correctly) and his crew absolutely knocked it out of the park. They were true craftsmen who went above and beyond, taking the time to fix cracks and carefully level the sub-floor before laying a single plank. It’s a relief to work with a company that uses their own in-house team rather than subcontractors, and they even handled moving my heavy furniture with total care.
