Every project begins with a complimentary, no obligation flooring design consultation in our showroom. Our team will guide you through the selection process and help you choose the right flooring for your home.
During your visit, we’ll explain the differences between flooring materials, discuss durability, maintenance, and performance. Once you’ve chosen the flooring you’d like to move forward with, we’ll schedule an in home measurement to gather the information needed for an accurate proposal.
Preparing Your Flooring Estimate
After our team completes the in home measurement, we’ll use the dimensions and project details to prepare an accurate, detailed proposal for your flooring installation.
Your estimate is customized to your home’s specific needs and may include subfloor repairs, baseboard removal and reinstallation, labor, and any other work required for a proper installation. We also include the removal and haul away of your existing flooring at no additional cost, so there are no unexpected surprises.
Scheduling Your Flooring Installation
Once you approve your proposal, we’ll work with your schedule to select a convenient installation date and provide you with a clear project timeline.
Before installation begins, we’ll explain each step of the process so you know exactly what to expect. Throughout your project, our team remains available to answer questions, provide updates, and ensure your new flooring is installed as efficiently and professionally as possible. We won’t leave until you are happy.
Preparing for Your Flooring Installation
A little preparation before installation day helps your project stay on schedule and allows our team to work as efficiently as possible. Before we arrive, we ask that you remove furniture, décor, and personal belongings from the rooms receiving new flooring, as well as any hallways or walkways our installers will need to access.
On installation day, our in house flooring installation team will review the project with you, answer any last minute questions, and prepare the work area before installation begins. Throughout the project, we take care to protect your home while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Once your new floors are installed, we’ll remove all installation debris, haul away your old flooring, and return your furniture to its original location at no additional cost. Every installation is backed by our lifetime labor warranty, giving you confidence that your investment is protected long after the project is complete.
