Exceeded all expectations!
On top of the floor product being phenomenal, the installers were polite, friendly, punctual, fast, professional, problem solvers, worked well as a team, painted all the baseboards, and were extremely careful and respectful of our property, our furniture and a delicate wall treatment. They also took the initiative to correct several issues left by a previous contractor of ours.
Ron was obviously experienced and no-pressure when he came out to see our home for a quote, and Keisha couldn't have been more efficient or nicer when scheduling and answering questions.
Additionally, they were both extremely gracious when we had to postpone at the last minute for a personal reason.
Their policy is no charge until project is complete and satisfactory. Fantastic experience from start to finish!

Ron and his team did a fantastic job with Coretec flooring in my home! My partner and I had pretty tight time constraints, but Ron and Keisha did everything possible to schedule and finish the flooring on time (as a bonus: earlier than expected as well!). Their prices are also reasonable and competitive with other flooring companies in Las Vegas. Keisha was also incredibly helpful answering questions and giving recommendations at their showroom, in addition to helping so much with coordinating work across the board. My name is Maria and this is the second time I am using Expert Flooring Solutions. First time 2010 my husband and I picked out carpeting and laminate flooring and we were very pleased with the whole experience from the sales staff, quality of the product and installation.
Now 16 years later I have returned back to Expert Flooring Solutions to replace my carpeting. I decided to redo my interior after my dog passed away. Paint the interior and replace the carpeting. Again the experience was 5 stars. Everything went smoothly again.

We used expert flooring right after closing on a newly built home. We removed all of the tile and they came in and installed engineered wood. They did outstanding work, not only helping us find the right flooring but also with the installation. Frank did an excellent job communicating and understanding our needs, and was committed to doing excellent work. We also had a opportunity to meet most of the staff and we're very impressed with their knowledge and customer service. I would highly recommend this company for any installations.

Excellent service and work. I worked primarily with Ron and he was very attentive, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. When we had an issue, he was with me every step of the way, and I really appreciated that. It’s hard to find people who value integrity but Ron embodies it and it made my project so much easier to get done. My place looks great and I’m very happy with the results.
I should mention that didn’t have the greatest time soliciting bids from flooring companies when I first started my project. I considered 6 different companies but didn’t get a good feeling from most of them. However, Expert Flooring seemed a lot more trustworthy in terms of quality and follow through. And in retrospect, I definitely made the right decision. I definitely recommend Expert Flooring.
